The zombie legend originally appeared in folklore from Haiti and Africa. The original “zombies” were recently deceased individuals who were brought back to life by an evil sorcerer, who would then control their every move and use them as servants to do their bidding.
The modern zombie, depicted as an undead monster with a hunger for brains, was popularized by films of the 60s and 70s, most notably those by George A. Romero. These zombies were often used as a metaphor for various social issues.
Zombies have continued to enjoy immense popularity in fiction, appearing in popular television shows, comic books, video games, and even comedy movies.

Their clothes range in color from red dress to white shirt to blue jeans to black leather jacket, with hair (what’s left of it) that’s blonde, brunette, red, white, and black. Most figures feature a brown dirt base with white, spooky eyes. Two figures feature gray headstones.
