"Are my online account and in-store accounts linked?"
The short and simple answer is - no. Online and in-store Toy Club accounts no longer linked. What does this mean?
However if a customer desires to transfer points between accounts, they can make a request. Reach out to us on chat or send us an email at customers@redballontoystore.com and an associate will manually transfer your points for you!
"What are the Toy Club Red perks?"
Toy Club Red is now the default tier for all Toy Club Members!
"What are the Toy Club Elite perks?
Toy Club Elite is the second membership tier. Toy Club Elite can be reached by spending at least $500 throughout the year.
(Customers who are affected by the update will get points added to their account to offset their progess towards Toy Club Elite!)
"What happens if I was already Toy Club Elite?"
We want this transition to be as smooth as possible for our customers, so we're making sure that all present and aspiring Elite tier members get the points they need.
Already Toy Club Elite: Customers who had already reached the Elite tier will have 250 points automatically added to their online accounts to make up for the transition.
Future Toy Club Elite: Members who were previously in the Red tier earning towards Elite tier will also recieve an appropriate amount of points to make up for the changes brought by this transition.
