Shipping policy
Orders typically ship within 1-5 business days from the date of payment. Packages will be sent via USPS, FedEx, UPS, or occasionally delivered directly by The Red Balloon for Utah residents. The tracking number will be emailed to the address given at the point of purchase when the order is shipped. Currently, we only ship to Continental U.S. addresses.
Once packages leave The Red Balloon Toy Store warehouse, carriers are responsible for the handling and delivery of items.
Customers who want to be protected from damaged, lost, or stolen online orders are encouraged to opt into Corso Package Insurance at checkout. Corso allows customers to file claims quickly for a small fee at checkout. To file a claim, visit Corso.
Customers who choose not to opt into Corso Package Insurance: Contact The Red Balloon customer service if your items are damaged, lost or stolen. Customer service will help you file a claim, but resolutions will be up to the carrier's discretion. Refunds/replacements for damaged, lost or stolen packages are not guaranteed without Corso Shipping Insurance.
All claims related to shipping such as but not limited to missing or damaged packages must be filed within 30 days of the delivery date or the last tracking update. Claims are filed by messaging us via chat or emailing us at customers@redballoontoystore.com.
The Red Balloon Toy Store does not provide product to third party sellers, provide wholesale product, or fulfill bulk orders. Third party sellers must reach out to product vendors on their own.
